How a national firm unified their IT environment to expand their capabilities and improve operations

Despite a strong focus on leading medical technology, National Cardiovascular Partners was having problems with their IT systems. Otherwise known as NCP, the company empowers physicians with the medical technology and support services they need to run cutting-edge ambulatory surgery centers and catheterization labs. But they had issues surrounding end-of-month reporting, application performance, VPN connectivity, and email outages. So, they partnered with ESX Technology Solutions to revitalize their IT environment. ESX experts helped NCP move their data from physical servers to the cloud, proactively patched multiple systems with anti-virus and OS updates, and installed firewalls and WAPs, all without disrupting NCP’s business. The partnership resulted in less network downtime, fewer support requests, and an improved overall system that allowed NCP to add new capabilities.
